Hello I am looking for a NT easy to read HTML majuscule /Uncial, preferably not a Textus Receptus, but a UBS or Nestle Aland / not a facsimile like the codex sinaitcus online. Thank you

There are a variety of other places to see the Greek text of the New Testament, with advantages and disadvantages, depending on what you need. Here is one:
My guess is that you aren't actually looking for majuscules / uncials.
A New Testament uncial is a section of the New Testament in Greek or Latin majuscule letters, written on parchment or vellum. This style of writing is called Biblical Uncial or Biblical Majuscule.
If you are, let us know, and we can steer you that direction. But the first image above is Codex Sinaiticus, which is an uncial.

ΕΓΕΝΕΤΟ ΣΟΙ ΤΥΧΗΝ ΣΗΜΕΡΟΝ, Ω ΦΙΛΕ! You're in luck today, friend! Here's a site with the NA 26/UBS 3 text, with optional display in all caps, which will give the uncial look: The Online Greek Bible, http://www.greekbible.com/index.php. On the index page, after you pick your Scripture reference, there is a an all caps button. Click on it and slide it to the right. Then click the Go button. Your desired Bible passage will display in all caps/uncials! Unlike uncial manuscripts, though, there are spaces between words.
Despite the site name (Online Greek Bible), it just has the New Testament. The Septuagint isn't included.

P.S. The uncial look does not include an uncial-style font, so it won't look exactly like one of the manuscripts that Jonathan showed samples of. So, no lunate sigma (C for Σ), for instance. If that's the look you're after, the Online Greek Bible site does let you copy their online text so you can paste it into your word processor. You can then change the font. The Εταιρεία Ελληνικών Τυπογραφικών (Greek Font Society) has some free sets of majuscule (uncial fonts) representing the styles of MSS from the earliest period to the 5th to 7th centuries. About four years ago I decided I wanted to read the GNT in uncial script for my daily reading.
So I "made" a GNT from the Robinson Byz GNT and had it bound. Was actually kind of cool, if you are into UNCIAL. I put spaces between words and verse numbers, so not quite "authentic."
Maybe someone will find it interesting.

Definitely a cool edition! Thanks for sharing. A slight correction, though: you have Η ΚΑΙΝΕ ΔΙΑΘΗΚΗ for the title. ΚΑΙΝΕ should be ΚΑΙΝΗ.

After studying koine Greek for several years on my own, I started reading the GNT through each year in 2017. In April 2016, we visited Greece, and I took this picture of the plaque at the Areopagus (I could not get the photo to display in-line with “insert image,” but I could get it open in a new window by right-clicking on the question mark symbol).
In 2016, I was pretty unfamiliar with uncial script, so I could not easily read this plaque. I was reviewing the photos we took in Athens recently, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could now read the plaque. That inspired me to read the GNT this year in uncial, so I downloaded your beautifully done PDF. I was wondering if you could post the word processor version of this document that you used to create the PDF, including the uncial font you used. I have downloaded some majuscule Greek fonts, but they do not have the lunate sigma. (Although I noted that the Areopagus plaque uses Σ instead.)
